Reimbursements allow Montana brownfield cleanup to begin

Montana's Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board has approved about $2 million in reimbursements that the state's Cascade County can use to clean up petroleum pollution buried in two locations under local shops. Some are hopeful the effort will spur additional cleanup work along the west bank of the Missouri River.
