Contractor on St. Paul farmers' market project let go

Flannery Construction, the main contractor on a long-awaited housing and farmers' market project in St. Paul, Minn., has been dismissed after the company halted work due to a financial dispute. The developer, Sweeney Development, had been in several disagreements with Flannery over extra costs on the project.
