Concrete chimneys remain in new concept for old power station

Imagine the U.K.'s old Battersea Power Station with its four iconic concrete chimneys turned into a museum of architecture -- complete with a roller coaster but keeping the chimneys. That's the vision of architecture firm Atelier Zündel Cristea, and it won a competition hosted by ArchTriumph to create a London museum highlighting architecture. Current plans call for the site to be used for residences and retail -- while also retaining the chimneys.
