Ireland plans return to full market funding

The Irish National Treasury Management Agency plans to issue the country's first benchmark 10-year bond since receiving aid from the EU and the International Monetary Fund in 2010. Demand for the bond is expected to be strong. "It will be significantly well oversubscribed," said Ryan McGrath of Dolmen Securities. "There is a lot of demand that had been waiting for the bond issuance for the last number of weeks."
