Wellness plans may help reduce impact of Cadillac Tax

A Mercer survey of 723 employers showed many are using or considering wellness programs to help reduce the impact of the Affordable Care Act's so-called Cadillac Tax on health plans that cost more than $10,200 for individuals and $27,500 for families. Mercer data also indicated 37% of employers said they may add or increase rewards and penalties in their wellness program.
