New CEO aligns shop with TBWA

David Eastman, the new CEO of, is moving forward with a plan by Omnicom Group CEO John Wren to align the interactive shop with TBWA Worldwide and its direct agency Tequila. Eastman's predecessor, Don Scales, had resisted the alignment, out of concerns would have less independence if it worked too closely with the larger Omnicom Group shop.
