Brazil to consider raising ethanol content to 25% by May

The country will open debate next week on whether to increase the ethanol level in gasoline from the current 23% to 25% by May. Brazilian farmers expect a record sugar cane crop this year, allowing ethanol output to rise to 5 billion gallons.
