Groundbreaking planned for New Jersey open-air mall

Groundbreaking was due this week on the Shoppes at Cinnaminson, a 333,000 square-foot open-air shopping center in Cinnaminson, N.J. The mall will replace a 1970s-era enclosed mall, which has long been vacant. The new shopping center will be anchored by a Shop-Rite supermarket, and other tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Starbucks, Bank of America, Wachovia, Famous Footwear and T-Mobile.
