Budget cuts threaten Nevada autism programs, parents say

Many parents of children with autism are concerned about budget cuts in Nevada that will eliminate funding one program for children with autism. Medicaid and many other insurance plans in Nevada do not cover costly Applied Behavioral Analysis therapies for children with autism, but many families have been able to participate in the programs with the help of the state aid.
