Etihad, airberlin enter into money-saving integration deal

Etihad Airways and airberlin have entered into an integration deal involving their Boeing 787 Dreamliner programs. By sharing infrastructure, maintenance, training and purchasing, the airlines expect to save millions. "It is an ideal solution for reducing the costs associated with the introduction of a new aircraft type," said Etihad President and CEO James Hogan.
