Jewelry store benefits from visitor's experience and advice

The owners of jewelry boutique Viv & Ingrid got some advice from a visitor who was a former Tiffany consultant. The visitor said the owners needed a bigger display and that they should move the backroom merchandise out into the front. "[T]hank goodness we did that because we could see exactly how much inventory we were running out of," said one of the owners. "If it weren't for her, we would have sold out of everything."
