High-fat dairy may increase mortality risk in breast cancer survivors

Breast cancer survivors who ate one or more servings of high-fat dairy products every day had a 49% greater risk of death compared with those who ate little or none, according to a study in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. Researchers found a weaker association between high-fat dairy intake and breast cancer recurrence.
