IBM lab focuses on emerging tools to improve customer service

IBM has introduced a service to help enterprises learn to better engage customers using next-generation tools such as machine learning, visual analytics and social media. The IBM Customer Experience Lab will have more than 100 researchers who will work closely with clients to develop projects to improve customer interactions.
