Insurers say premiums for some health coverage will double

As Affordable Care Act rules go into effect, premiums for some health insurance policies will rise by as much as 100%, insurance companies say. Individual policies and small-group plans will see the largest premium hikes, fueled by rules that limit how much insurers may charge certain populations, insurers say.
