Sequestration scenarios for air-traffic controllers described

As a result of budget cuts from sequestration, the Federal Aviation Administration has instituted a hiring freeze for air-traffic controllers. The Reason Foundation's Robert Poole said the FAA should end overnight shifts at 100 "zombie towers," which don't meet the FAA's minimum traffic standards, instead of imposing a hiring freeze.
