Study: Plastic surgery can boost self-confidence

Most plastic surgery patients report higher self-confidence and enjoyment of life and may feel healthier after their procedures, according to a study published in the journal Clinical Psychological Science. Only 12% of plastic surgery patients in the study expected the procedure would solve their problems or transform them into a different person.
