BuzzFeed plans for branded videos on growing channel

BuzzFeed is hoping to attract advertisers to its video channel that draws a monthly audience of 4 million with branded videos in line with the news site's advertorial content style. The company plans to pitch the idea at Digital Content NewFronts next month, with a goal of giving advertisers "an understanding of what makes BuzzFeed video unique," said company strategist Jonathan Perelman.
