British school reform plan reaches "defining moment"

After months of debate, members of Parliament today will vote on Prime Minister Tony Blair's school reform proposal. If 35 members from his own Labour party reject the plan, Blair will need Tory votes to secure the bill's passage -- a situation many say would amount to a political setback.
