Study: Scientist folds DNA into "origami" structures

A California researcher reports success in weaving DNA strands into shapes more easily used by scientists in several fields to create nanostructures. Reporting in the journal Nature, the lead investigator said the "DNA origami" can organize proteins into various shapes that allow chemical products to move to their destination.
