Chefs delight palates across the U.S.

More young chefs are opening restaurants in smaller cities and rural areas, sometimes to be near the farmers and ranchers who supply their ingredients and sometimes to cater to small-town diners who have grown more sophisticated in their tastes. However, Forbes' list of 10 Tastemaking chefs still includes some big city greats.
