Report: Americans not stocking up on enough fruits and vegetables

Most Americans are aware of the health benefits of a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, but few eat the recommended amounts, according to a new study. Researchers say only 32.6% of adults eat fruit two or more times a day and only 27.2% eat vegetables three or more times a day.
