Users can get "personal" with Slacker.com radio

Slacker.com is a new "personal radio," ad-supported service that allows users to choose music from more than 10,000 outlets and to create their own stations based on their music preferences. The San Diego-based start-up has plans to release a pocket-sized Wi-Fi device and a car kit, and to offer a premium, ad-free version for $7.50 a month.
