Report details growing adoption of eClinicalWorks' EMR products

A majority of eClinicalWorks' clients, including independent patient groups and state agencies, are satisfied with the overall cost and functionality of the company's ambulatory electronic medical record systems, according to a report from KLAS. The study, however, found that eClinicalWorks' quick growth has strained its resources, leading customers to complain about problems with technical support and harmonization with other clinical applications.
