A Web site that rates packaged foods on a scale of one to 10 based on healthfulness, environmental effect, and social, labor and political practices is adding 30,000 items. GoodGuide has evaluated products from companies such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Nabisco, Heinz, Hains, Celestial Seasoning, Yoplait, Kashi and Boca Burgers.
