Court rules that vaccines with thimerosal don't cause autism

A special U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled that vaccines containing the mercury-based preservative thimerosal do not cause autism on their own. More than 5,300 cases have been filed by parents seeking reimbursement for claims that vaccines caused their children to have autism.
