European retailers make Big Apple debuts

U.K.-based apparel retailer AllSaints plans to open its first New York store this spring, while Spanish fashion seller Desigual is on track to launch a second Manhattan location. Like other foreign chains Uniqlo and H&M, the retailers compete with U.S. chains by turning fashion inventories fast at affordable price points.
