Gourmet chocolatier Lake Champlain Chocolates of Vermont is rolling out a pair of new products -- Granola Breakfast Egg and Peanut Butter Breakfast Egg -- just in time for Easter. "We wanted to come up with something fun and different for Easter this year ... so we thought why not play off the idea of making it acceptable to eat chocolate for breakfast," said Allyson Myers, LCC director of sales and marketing.
