Oklahoma student, teacher receive top honors from state CEC

Oklahoma high-school student KayeLoni Moulton was recognized with a "Yes I Can!" athletics award from the Oklahoma Council for Exceptional Children for her participation in numerous Special Olympics sports. Moulton, who will represent Oklahoma as a swimmer at the national Special Olympics, also competes in volleyball, track and field, bocce, horseshoes and basketball for the Special Olympics. Dusty Hugaboom, a general-education teacher at the same school, also received a CEC award for his work with exceptional students.
