Sacramento public projects put builders back to work

Public-works projects in Sacramento, Calif., have helped create construction jobs in an industry badly hurt by the recession. Some $4 billion has been injected into infrastructure projects in the city, including a new $1 billion terminal at the Sacramento International Airport that has helped create 400 jobs. Unemployment in Sacramento hit 13.1% in January.
