Some countries are more food-sensitive than others

A study of 13 Western countries found that rates of food sensitivities vary from one country to another. The U.S., Germany, Italy and Norway had the highest rates of food sensitivity, at about 22% of the population, while Iceland, France, Spain and the U.K. were lowest, with sensitivity rates between 11% and 14%.
