Dukka provides chicken inspiration

A variation of the Egyptian spice blend known as dukka dresses up a meal that starts with skinless, boneless chicken breasts. The mix of sesame seeds, salt, cumin, peppercorns and paprika is sprinkled over pan-fried cutlets that are served atop bread and hummus, and topped with diced egg.
