Idaho schools enlist chefs to create healthy menu options

The Idaho State Department of Education is running a pilot program that enlists chefs to prepare and serve healthy meals to students, who offer feedback and suggestions. The program, known as Chef Tuesday, will run for 12 weeks and develop 10 menus that will be served to students statewide to help schools comply with new federal school nutrition standards.
