Study: Resistant starch helps insulin sensitivity in men

Daily intake of 30 grams of resistant starch was associated with as much as a 73% improvement in insulin sensitivity in overweight and obese but otherwise healthy men, but not in women, according to a study in The Journal of Nutrition.
