Pa. city council opposes sequestration

The Scranton, Pa., City Council has introduced a resolution to oppose federal sequestration. The all-Democratic council says congressional Republicans are using cuts that affect the poor and elderly to give tax breaks to the wealthy. If the resolution is passed, the council will send it to lawmakers including Sens. Bob Casey and Pat Toomey.
