Repairs discussed for broken skylight at historic Minn. county courthouse

Repairs are being discussed for the broken skylight atop the roof of the historic Mille Lacs County Courthouse in Minnesota. Repairing the skylight could cost between $90,000 and $100,000, but replacing it with a fixed roof would cost only $65,000. Installation of a fixed roof would require placing artificial lights behind the stained-glass panels in the rotunda's ceiling to maintain the lighting effect.
