Study: Fruit juice could help protect against diseases

Fruit juice contains beneficial chemicals that can reduce the risk of diseases, including Alzheimer's disease. Grape juice made from concord grapes was found to be one of the healthiest beverages, consisting of the highest antioxidant capacity and the broadest and highest range of polyphenols.
