Video launches speaking career for teen with cerebral palsy

For Tyler Greene's Eagle Scout project on ability awareness, he distributed a DVD to all 365 school districts in Iowa. In the two years since then, the video has landed in about 4,600 mailboxes worldwide. It's also created a speaking career for Greene, an 18-year-old with cerebral palsy, and earned him a CEC Yes I Can award for self-advocacy.
