Florida agency expects rush of travelers destined for Cuba

President Barack Obama signed the $410 billion spending bill that includes a provision that relaxes the rules for travel to Cuba. Rob Hodel, owner of Fort Lauderdale-based Tico Travel, which specializes in travel to Costa Rica, Central America and Cuba, is preparing for what he believes will be a rush of travelers to the island nation.
