Barry Callebaut seeks new cocoa sources

Barry Callebaut is looking to expand its cocoa sourcing beyond West Africa to ensure it has enough to meet its plan of increasing chocolate production 6% to 8% a year. The chocolate company is teaming with the Malaysian Cocoa Board on a project aimed at improving the quality of chocolate from beans sourced in Malaysia.
