Procrastinate the right way

Everyone procrastinates, but the best business leaders find ways to use even their wasted time productively, writes Gina Trapani. Instead of playing solitaire or staring at the ceiling, Trapani suggests, try turning your to-do list upside down and channeling your energy into the worthwhile -- but less urgent -- tasks you haven't been able to get around to yet. "When you're procrastinating, in comparison to the dreadful thing you can't bring yourself to do, everything else seems like a piece of cake," she notes. "Take advantage of that."
