Travel industry scrambles to keep current on airlines' fees

Airlines have continued to add "optional" fees for everything from luggage to pillows, forcing travel agents, travelers and others involved in booking tickets to try to keep up with the ever-changing charges. "It's nuts," travel agent Eric Ardolino said. "Every day we have to be debriefed on what's happening with another airline. I'm waiting for the day you have to slide your credit card to use the john."
