Virginia restaurant focuses on locally grown food

Mezzanine Restaurant in Richmond, Va., has focused on a strategy of using only local and regional food and wine. The restaurant's owners -- Patrick Stamper and Randy O'Dell and chef Todd Johnson, who graduated from The Culinary Institute of America -- even won an award for their local strategy, which initially forced them to drive out to farmers every day to pick up what they needed.
