New Jersey schools benefit from ailing real estate market

With New Jersey's commercial real estate market in the doldrums, construction and architecture firms are seeking contracts to repair crumbling schools. Just more than 53% of the state's schools need at least one important repair, and about 69% have at least one unsatisfactory environmental condition, data show.
