Auditors, McCain criticize Army's Future Combat System

Government auditors and Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., questioned and criticized the Army's $120 billion modernization plan on Wednesday. Boeing is managing the Future Combat System contract, which will replace heavy weapons with light manned and unmanned vehicles. McCain said the contract has not followed the general procurement process.
