Pilots, FAA discuss laser flashings at House hearing

There have been at least 112 reports of laser beams flashing aircraft cockpits since November. A Federal Aviation Administration official said during a House hearing there is no evidence linking terrorists to the lasers. One Delta Air Lines pilot said his perception of depth was thrown off by a laser, which he described as an "intensely bright green light." Pilots are now required to report laser incidents.
