NBCU invests in car shopping site

NBC Universal is putting roughly $6 million into car shopping site DriverTV, which allows users to take virtual test drives via promotional videos. The site, which is partly owned by advertising production company Radical Media, gets revenue from participating automakers, but hopes to get ad dollars from affiliated vendors, such as car insurers.
