Principal offers tips on teaching boys

Kelley King, a Colorado principal featured in a 2006 Newsweek article about teaching boys, spoke to ASCD Conference attendees about gender-based brain differences and what teachers need to know to better engage both boys and girls. King has also co-authored a new workbook on gender education, "Strategies for Teaching Boys and Girls," with separate elementary and secondary editions.
