Some chief executive officers are agreeing to work for less pay under tight budgets and employee layoffs. Should you? It depends on what image you want to project, blogger Bill Taylor writes. "The bottom line is that the idea of leaders taking a pay cut in difficult times really isn't about money," he argues. "It's about mind-set -- modeling the values and behavior that you'd like to see in the rest of the organization."
