IBM to launch development services into a public cloud

IBM, working with a hefty list of partners, is readying software testing and development using a public-cloud environment. The system uses Red Hat's virtualization technology and supports Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Novell's SUSE Linux and Java. It'll go head to head with other cloud players such as Amazon and Rackspace.
