Starbucks to launch "however-you-want-it frappuccino"

Starbucks patrons soon will be able to customize their frappuccinos, which generate about 10% of the company's revenue. The new "however-you-want-it frappuccino," will, for example, allow patrons to request soy milk instead of dairy or an extra shot of espresso. The launch, which has been years in the making, could expand the chain's customer base.
